Hire certified AI robot developers — and only pay when you hire.
Our hire-and-sponsor model: when your business hires a Catalyst-certified graduate, you cover up to 60% of their course cost. The candidate invests in themselves, you invest in the hire — and nobody pays for training that doesn't turn into talent.
Three steps from training to hire
A candidate trains with us
Future team members complete our certification tracks — lessons, graded module quizzes, and a proctored-style final exam — at no risk to you.
You sponsor up to 60% of the cost
When you decide to hire a certified candidate, your business covers up to 60% of their course fee. The candidate pays the rest — everyone has skin in the game.
You hire a verified developer
Every credential is publicly verifiable. Check exactly what the candidate completed — modules, final exam, badge — before you make the offer.
Up to 60% from you. The rest from the candidate.
Shared investment keeps everyone committed: candidates complete their training seriously because they've paid in, and businesses only spend on hires they've already decided to make.
- Sponsorship is due only when you hire the candidate
- You choose your share — anywhere up to 60%
- Every credential is publicly verifiable before you commit
- Works for self-paced and cohort tracks alike
Example split
Cohort track — $1,490 course fee
You set the percentage — 60% is the ceiling, not the requirement. Many partners start at 40–50%.
Hiring signal you can verify
Proof, not promises
Verification codes show module completion, final exam passes and badge issuance with timestamps — a hiring signal you can trust.
A pipeline of ready talent
Tell us the roles you hire for and we'll introduce certified graduates whose track record matches your needs.
Aligned incentives
Sponsorship is only due when you hire. You never pay for training that doesn't turn into a team member.
Become a hiring partner
Tell us who you hire and how many. We'll introduce certified graduates and set up your sponsorship terms — no commitment until you make a hire.
How much do we actually pay?
Up to 60% of the candidate's course cost, only when you hire them. A candidate on a $1,490 cohort track, for example, would mean a maximum sponsorship of $894.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Sponsorship is tied to the hire, not to employment length — but we work with partner businesses on replacements, and new hires from our pipeline carry a fresh sponsorship decision.
Can we sponsor a current employee instead?
Yes. Team plans already cover bulk enrollment; the sponsorship model applies when you hire an external certified candidate or put an existing employee through a track.
How do we verify a candidate's credential?
Ask the candidate for their verification code and check it on our public verification page — no account needed. You'll see every requirement they satisfied, with dates.
